You can join Etsuko's lesson or seminar at Karuizawa studio.

Location
Etsuko's Karuizawa studio(Gallery Mochizuki) is located in Karuizawa town of Nagano prefecture in Japan.

Karuizawa is famous resort town located on the foot of the Mt. Asama which is active volcano. So many visitors come to visit this beautiful town to enjoy scenery, beautiful gardens, museums, hot springs(onsen) and shopping. It takes only 70 munites from Tokyo station by Shin-kansen(bullet train).

Transportation
From Narita international airport,
The easiest way to reach Karuizawa is get the Limousine bus(ON Liner) for JR(Japan Railroad)Omiya station.. It takes about 70 munites to reach JR Omiya station. Then you can get Shin-kansen Asama(bullet train) at JR Omiya station. Shin-kansen Asama is direction for Nagano. It takes about 60 munites to reach Karuizawa station from JR Omiya station.
From Haneda international airport,
Go to JR Tokyo station and get Shin-Kansen Asama(bullet train). It takes about 70 munite to reach JR Karuizawa station.

Stay
I recommend you to book APA HOTEL KARUIZAWA-EKIMAE which is close to the Karuizawa train station and the location is very convenient to do everything. Very large shopping mall "Prince Shopping Mall"and several kinds of restaurants, cofee shops, gift shops are in walking distance.
When you stay at the hotel to take Etsuko's lesson, Etsuko pickup you at your hotel before lesson and take you to the hotel after the lesson(up to 6 students).

You can take seminar at Karuizawa studio
I accept seminar for your group up to 10 students at my Karuizawa studio.
It may be scheduled from two days to five days.
The fee for one day, 6 hours, is JPYen30,000(or US$300.00). You can separate the tuition in your group up to 10 students for one subject. From the 11th student, extra charge JPYen3000 per person required.
You can choose the subjects from my gallery page in advance.

Up to 6 students, I pickup and take to your hotel during the seminar with no charge.

Tentative estimated expense to take Etsuko's three days seminar in case sharing the tuition with 6 students.(the currency is JPYen).

Optional tour will be made only for the seminar students:
*Optional tour in Karuizawa area with Etsuko may be scheduled for up tp 6 students. The fee is 12000 per day(6hours) which can be share with the students. The fee does not include any meals.
*Special dinner with Etsuko at the restaurant "Green Park" which is close to the studio, may be scheduled. You can enjoy not only the taste but also the great scenary of Mt. Asama from the dining room. The dinner is from JPY3000 based on your choice.

*Expense of Porcelain & Material is charged separately based on your choice of lesson.
*The total expens does not include flight tickets and any meals.
